About the Role

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistants to support clients living independently in their own homes across Newcastle upo Tyne. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by providing high-quality care and companionship to individuals in a familiar and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting

* Assisting with medication reminders

* Supporting meal preparation and nutritional needs

* Helping with light household duties

* Providing companionship and emotional support

* Assisting with mobility and daily routines

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records

Requirements

* Previous care experience is preferred but not essential

* A caring, patient, and dependable attitude

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Right to work in the UK
