2nd Line Support/Senior Helpdesk - (Active Directory, Exchange, Server) - Tamworth - to £30k
My client are a highly successful IT Services provider across the UK who are expanding their Tamworth office north of Birmingham.
They're seeking 2x Lead/Senior Helpdesk Analysts with proven experience in 1st and 2nd line support (possibly 3rd line too!).
You'll be involved in triage as an end point of escalation and involved in customer projects including application/systems/network deployment and maintenance.
The hands on role will involve support by phone/email of the full Microsoft stack including Active Directory, Exchange and Server. Any additional experience of virtualisation/365/Powershell/Citrix would be welcome too!
You'll ideally have a infrastructure/IT support background in the following:
- Hands on experience to 2nd line with Server (2008/2008R2/2012), Active Directory, Exchange (2010, 2013), Office (2007 through 365)
- Ideally some experience with Virtualisation/365/Powershell/Citrix
- Confident dealing with support requests via phone/email/ticketing systems.
- Qualifications such as MCSA/MCSE/CCNA/ITIL/CompTIA A+/CompTIA N+ - all welcome!
