Huge Media Advertising is a leading Media supplier operating across the UK

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced entrepreneurial salesperson to join our successful, fast paced sales team, with the aim to generate predominantly new business and account manage existing client relationships within the media supplier industry. You will play a key role in our team & have the freedom to make a difference.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following skills

Source contacts to generate new business opportunities, via outbound calls & networking in order to sell the company portfolio of media formats, then manage those self-generated new business accounts

To identify and maximise, through local & national business knowledge, all sales opportunities. Work to deliver agreed monthly sales targets set by Head Office with the consideration of the financial and commercial implications of your decisions

Taking the client brief, plan a strategic marketing campaign and delivering high standard client presentations face 2 face

Engage in project management duties from conception to delivery with each client

Attending regular meetings with clients & agencies plus maintain good business relationships to ensure a high level of customer retention

Delivery of excellent customer service, meeting tight deadlines, targets and company KPI's

Consistently source new leads and identify new business areas and seek commercial opportunities for the business

Have the ability to be able to quickly understand clients' needs and proactively develop solutions to establish respect, trust and ultimately grow accounts over the long term

Maintain weekly and monthly reports & attend weekly commercial meetings

Person Specification

  • Be highly motivated, ideally you will live & breathe sales & have a persuasive personality
  • Minimum of 5 years Sales & Account Management experience, ideally specialising in media or a relatable industry & selling B2B
  • Proven success of generating new business sales, leading on pitches and growing multiple accounts
  • Proactive in building strong networks & utilising your already existing bank of business connections
  • Tenacious and persistent. Rigorously follows up & proactive in growing business revenue
  • Team oriented and motivated as much by the success of the whole business as own individual achievement
  • Tech savvy, comfortable with all Microsoft Office products, CRM systems such as Salesforce, knowledge of social media & mobile apps.
  • Motivated by continuous self-improvement & development
  • Experience of working with marketing & media buying agencies
  • Knowledge of the out of home media industry would be beneficial
  • Exceptional interpersonal & communications skills, both verbally & written
  • Have a continued stream of new business business & existing client meetings
  • Maintain weekly & monthly reporting to management
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads in a deadline driven & pressurised environment
  • Most importantly enjoy your work, inspire passion within others and truly work towards the mission of the business

Package & Benefits

  • Based at our Head Office in Liverpool
  • Circa £25 - 30K annual salary dependent on experience. Plus bonus with realistic OTE of additional 14K uncapped
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5.00pm with potential to work extra if required
  • Holiday entitlement 28 days inc bank hols with additional days holiday on completion of each years service

  • Uncapped commission on all new business & existing business on exceeding monthly & quarterly targets
  • Company pension scheme
