Senior IT Support Analyst required for a NEW position with a fast growing software/consulting company that operates in a professional services market.
You will be providing Deskside/IT support to approx. 100 users. The role will also provide support to a Senior Infrastructure Analyst supporting an Azure environment.
Growth/Team Lead Opportunity:
You will mentor a Junior IT support Analyst and you will be instrumental in building up the IT Support function with the prospect of being Team Lead. The company is expected to double/treble in size in the next few years and there will be career development opportunities as the IT Support team builds.
As an experienced Senior IT Support Analyst you must have experience of:
- Windows 7/Windows 10
- Microsoft Office; 2010/2013/2016/Office 365
- Active Directory
- Mobile Device Management
- Basic Networking skills - TCP/IP, patching
- Time Recording
- Citrix Remote Access
- Microsoft Exchange Administration
