Senior Business Consultant Banking

Key Accountabilities

Lead engagements, work with key stakeholders and manage stakeholder relationships throughout the life cycle of the project

Manage multiple engagements, understand key business objectives and define roadmap and success criteria for the engagements

Be accountable for the successful execution of the Discover to Design' phases and guide consultants and business analysts throughout the project life cycle to ensure business value realization

Anticipate problems/issues, take necessary actions and manage conflicts through effective stakeholder management

Ensure engagements are aligned to the defined Design Framework and project deliverables are of high quality

Work closely with team lead in identifying new opportunities, building project pipeline and managing resourcing for the projects

Engage with business leaders and the wider bank to endorse value created through engagements and showcase services offered by the team

Support and contribute towards community of practise, building design offerings and thought leadership

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Change transformation programmes

Capable of building strong relationships with teams and key stakeholders

Strong leadership & influencing skills and is comfortable working with senior stakeholders

Experience in problem solving and project management initiatives across multiple functional areas

Ability to handle projects with multiple work streams, with proven leadership over a wide variety of business problems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working in an Agile team environment
