We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an SAP Business Applications Support Manager. The role is a permanent position based in Aargau Canton. Your Role Hold responsibility for a three level IT application management support process (mainly SAP). Monitor manage urgent incidents carry out escalation management. Communicate with involved stakeholders on both the business IT sides including senior management external partners. Remotely manage a nearshore team (2nd level) in an international service center. Perform hands on 3rd level support in daily operations (mainly for SAP). Act as a single point of contact for support related IT service management tools, mainly ServiceNow SAP Solution Manager. Ensure the consistent functionality of IT service management tools in collaboration with external tool partners, including in the change of functionalities, interfaces or upgrades. Ensure adherence to service level agreements prepare SLA reports for management. Your Skills Experience At least 3 years of professional experience as a support application manager or similar. Sound knowledge of integrative SAP processes. Skilled in performing hands on support in at least one SAP module (such as MM PP). Your Profile Completed university Degree in IT, business administration or similar. Strong communication skills team oriented.
