The GSL Project is an initiative of the PTR (Pharma Technical Regulatory) department. Purpose is to streamline CMC submission execution and life cycle management by automating key activities and supporting improved tracking. CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls) is a critical section in new drug applications and updates.
The technical application, Submission Expert, is Documentum-based; it consolidates key PTR systems into one intuitive interface. It is an on premise cloud solution, integrated with several master data, authoring and publishing systems. With Submission Expert, our global teams can work efficiently and consistently and with the confidence that our submissions are compliant.
The project started mid 2014 and will finish mid summer 2020. The PTR Team generates about 35.000 CMC documents per year, about 300 users will be managing submission through Submission Expert and Management will enjoy the transparency provided by the reporting functionalities.
Upcoming activities in 2020 include the global roll-out of the final release with advanced functionalities, with significant communication, change management and training needs.
The perfect candidate for the role as Professional Operational Change & Communications Manager is a very hands-on, structured, organised and dynamic self-starter with experience in Project and Operational Change Management (OCM Principles).

Tasks & Responsibilities
Hands-on communication lead for Project Communications (IT Team & Business)
End - end project communication
Preparation of presentations for large groups of clients/end users/Taking care of the internal online community website (GSuite)
Establishing the project newsletter (2x per month)
Administer of internal Project knowledge data bank (Wiki)
Ensuring a very structured and well-organized project communication and knowledge managementt.
Structured and pro-active Stakeholder management
Implementation and monitoring of OCM principles/Change Management
All-time overview on the project interfaces and on the different teams and users.
Update and observe the project communication plan
5 years + Experience in a similar role (*)
Experience in Operational Change Management/Project Management (*)
Proven expertise in creating internal newsletters/presentations to large groups of global clients (*)
Hands-on and structured personality (*)
Proven experience in using GSuite/G+/Google community (*)
Strong communication skills (*)
Fluent in English
