Administratiion Assistant

  • Perform an extensive administration tasks: catering supplier and service management, service apartment booking management, etc
  • Mobility service management: manage current mobility service and development the optimization plan to increase the satisfaction from internal clients.
  • Internal meeting/event planning
  • Partner with other team members on business related projects
  • Additional support in close collaboration with team during busy period

Your Profile

  • 3+ years' experience as an administrator or admin assistant
  • Degree in business administrator or related subject
  • Profound knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Service oriented, and confident personality
  • Experience working in a constantly changing and dynamic environment
  • Candidate must demonstrate good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to learn, self-management skills and the ability to work independently
