Python Developer, Global Bank, South Dublin, 6+ month contract, daily rate

Your new company
An International financial institute in Dublin 18 are hiring a Front Office GNLR Developer, experienced in Python. This is an initial 6 month contract, with hopes of an extension or rolling contract based on performance.

Your new role
Your new role as a Python Developer will involve working closely with the trading desk/market risk and finance department to build and support risk and PnL functionality. You'll design and build complex data to support business requirements. You will also be responsible for developing and testing algorithms to solve business problems. You will be a part of a multi-functional team who will work together in an Agile environment to deliver the project successfully.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will have strong Python development skills. You must have experience in this role within banking or financial services industry. You will need to have a good basic understanding of interest rate products, a good understanding of how both market risk and PnL explain work and an enthusiasm to learn about Non Linear Rates.
