Our client is searching for a Salesforce Administrator for a 3-6 month contract opportunity.

This position will be working with the Constituent Engagement Services (CRM) team to support the CRM platform that consists of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and managed/unmanaged 3rd party applications. Assignments include Salesforce and Marketing Cloud administration, support, configuration, data analysis/reconciliation, data prep and troubleshooting. Depending on experience and skill level may also include APEX, Visual Force, Lightning development, and 3rd party application support.

Responsibilities include:
Troubleshoot reported issues and propose solutions to the CES Manager/team
Test and deploy fixes and enhancements; dev/UAT to production
Anticipate issues and risks and escalate appropriately
Design and develop solutions to resolve issues and/or meet business requirements
Supervise student employees

Primary Skills Required:
Experience working with end users
Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, user and security management, workflows and process builder
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration
Knowledge of deployment processes
Solid understanding of all parts of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and accountable
Proven communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to understand email programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, AmpScript, etc.
Ability to write queries utilizing SQL
Experience analysing business requirements and identifying potential design solutions
Cross training related to Salesforce administration, configuration, and best practices

Secondary Skills Required:
Experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and prep
Salesforce configuration, APEX, Visual Force, and/or Lightning experience
Have an understanding of email best practices.

Experience Level Required:
3+ years of Salesforce administration, configuration, user, and security management best practices. Salesforce certifications - Administration required, developer or other certifications preferred. As well as some Marketing Cloud administration and configuration experience.
