For one of the exclusive roles, I am looking for 'Desktop Support - Level 1' for a 6-12 month contract position in Amsterdam or Rotterdam (English Speaking).
- Have Service-now information and how to use it and manage Assets in Service-now along with Desktop management.
- Desktop support management through telephone
- Know how to use service now, open ticket, close ticket, how to update ticket
- Know how to asset management in service now
