If so, a client based in the heart of Gothenburg requires a Business Development Manager to join their growing team who are looking to expand the business organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate Profitable Revenue from New Account
  • Generate New streams of Revenue from existing customers (pillar/competency)
  • Achieve targets (revenue, gross margin, debtor days).
  • Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo/Vertical
  • Ensure face time with customer for selling and conduct sales presentations
  • Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.
  • Collect invoices/payments on time
  • Prospect and identify qualified opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with partners- OEM, local partners, consultants etc.
  • Understand Tech M offerings very well

Skills Required:

  • CRM OD understanding for pipeline tracking & reporting
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Creating & updating account plan
  • Understanding effort estimation & pricing methods. Bill of materials
  • Internal Peoplesoft(PS) for approvals & expense claims, Knowledge Management System(KMS) & Internal social media for learning & sharing
  • MBA and/or engineer with specialization in sales from an institute of repute.
  • 5-7 years of experience of selling software solutions
