Assistant Director Employee Relations & Talent Development

Under the direction of the Director of Human Resource Management, the Assistant Director of Employee Relations and Talent Development will provide leadership for the employee relations, employee engagement, and talent development functions of human resource management.
The incumbent will oversee the strategies and administration of comprehensive HR services including, but not limited to policy, discipline, separation, learning and development, and related functions in the talent management suite.
This key role will contribute to the overall success of the university.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and five years' experience, to include, five years in employee relations, at least three years in talent development, and four years direct supervisory experience.
A Bachelor's Degree in a non-business related field requires three additional years of directly related program, development and human resource management experience.
