Human Resource Director Full Time Salary Position Comprehensive Benefits Package
Scheurer Health, a network of clinical senaces including a critical access hospital, is seeking a Human Fesourm Director to support the mission and vision of the company by promoting the corporate values. developing policy, direct and coordinate human resource activities such as employment, compensation. engagement, leadership development, performance management, benefits, training, organizational development, and employee services. Applicants will possess at minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a business related degree; Master's degree preferred. At least 5 years of experience in managing people, formal Human Resource experience, or a combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
