You will provide leadership for assigned staff; maintain accounting expertise and supervisory skills, implementing new regulatory, GAAP and FASB direction; lead in development and preparation of necessary financial and budget reports for board, management and regulatory agencies; implement appropriate financial and cost accounting procedures and oversee operations for compliance with financial accounting policies and procedures; and serve as an ALCO member with primary responsibility for strategic analysis, recommendations and reporting for ALCO and financial analysis of yields and risk assessment for the loan, lease and investment portfolios.
If you are a team player; have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, agricultural economics or business administration; have seven or more years of progressively responsible financial management experience; in-depth understanding of finance and macroeconomics; and the ability to identify requirements for financial policies, procedures and projects and effectively lead implementation, apply today!
