Manage full cycle recruiting process for technical positions, including multi-channel sourcing.
Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial contact through offer presentation.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers/clients by delivering on commitments and demonstrating high level of customer service on all hiring initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field AND 2+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage numerous engagement needs simultaneously and close candidates
- Prior experience building sourcing plans and interfacing with clients - whether at a Technical Staffing, Recruiting, or Consulting firm
- Any Business Development experience a plus!
