Roles & Responsibilities:

The Business Process Owner mission is:

* Interpret and organize the needs of the internal customers represented by the key users, in order for the Group IT department can implement the requirements.

* The main business perimeters are: Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Backoffice, VPC, Web, Repository, Procurement, Customer Care and Services.

* Effectively communicate the expectation levels and vision of the company to staff members, they must motivate, encourage and train staff in a manner that results in high performance and general growth of the company. In addition, the Business Process Owner must be able to effectively mentor staff members to help them achieve set outcomes.

*Actively monitor goals to ensure that progress is made and the goals are on track to reach the desired outcome by the set deadline.

*Analyzing and explore market trends specific to the company's production line to enhance the company and also implement measures that transpire company growth.

*Organize the production start

Skills & Responsibilities:

* Higher education desired (ie. Bachelors or a Masters Degree)
* Previous Experience as a a Business Process Owner
* Experience leading a team of large numbers
* Excellent command of office tools and information systems SAP, Salesforce
* Proficiency in English & French
