Change Manager - Utrecht, The Netherlands - 6months +

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an experienced Change Manager to join an assignment with a large FMCG organization. Our client is going through a large ERP transformation.

Requirements Change Manager Role:

• 10+ years' experience in organizational change, stakeholder management and communications in ERP/SAP rollouts
• Fluency in translating complex programs into actionable business narratives
• Deep understanding of stakeholder and change network management
• Experience embedding OCM deliverables into cross-functional program plans
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, survey tools, and comms platforms

Details Change Manager Role:

• Start Date: ASAP (Flexible)
• Hours per week: 40 hours
• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Utrecht Area, The Netherlands
• Type of contract: Freelancer
• Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
