OpenText ECM Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors Rollout

We are a leading Pan-European customer that is urgently seeking multiple experienced OpenText ECM Consultants to support the rapid rollout of SAP SuccessFactors as part of a major HR transformation programme.

In this role, you'll lead the configuration and integration of OpenText Extended ECM with SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient document management across HR functions. You'll work closely with HR, IT, and project teams to deliver a seamless user experience and support change management activities.

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in OpenText xECM, ideally within SAP environments, and a solid understanding of content life cycle, metadata, and compliance. SuccessFactors experience is a strong advantage, as is prior work in fast-paced or retail settings.

Fully remote, freelance opportunity.
