Head of End-User and Infrastructure Solutions, Vilnius (Lithuania)

Role

You will lead the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of the global IT infrastructure and end-user experience. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for cloud platforms, data centres, networks, enterprise applications, SAP Basis, GRC, and the service desk function.

You will shape the digital backbone, enabling scalability, security, and performance for our business-critical systems and end users worldwide.

• Own the strategy and operational excellence of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), hybrid infrastructure, and global networks
• Lead the design and governance of scalable, secure, and cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions
• Oversee SAP Basis operations and enterprise platform services, including SAP Transportation, ERP, SAP Successfactors
• Manage end-user computing, service desk operations, and endpoint life cycle management
• Ensure compliance with IT GRC standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, etc.)
• Drive the implementation of automation, monitoring, and ITSM best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Cybersecurity, Enterprise Applications, and Business Units
• Lead a diverse team of IT engineers, infrastructure specialists, and service desk professionals

Your experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and end-user services, with a demonstrated track record of strong leadership
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Network architecture (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, VPNs, Firewalls)
• Virtualization, storage, and data center operations
• Enterprise application environments (eg, Microsoft 365, ITSM tools)
• Solid understanding of ITIL framework and service operations
• Hands-on experience with GRC policies, audit readiness, and risk mitigation
• Strong track record managing distributed teams, vendors, and large IT budgets
• SAP Basis administration and integration with infrastructure would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
