Android Developer - 6 months - Hybrid (Leeds) - Inside IR35

We're on the lookout for a talented Android Developer to join us on a 6-month contract basis. Based in Leeds with 2 days per week in the office, you'll help us create engaging, user-friendly mobile experiences using the latest native Android technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and code innovative digital mobile solutions aligned with business goals and KPIs.
• Create beautiful, intuitive user interfaces using native Android technologies.
• Build, test, and deploy mobile applications to meet evolving business requirements.
• Maintain a full CI/CD pipeline, including both unit and UI testing, to ensure product robustness.

What You Will Ideally Bring:

• Proven experience as an Android Developer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and a solid understanding of the Android platform.
• Hands-on experience releasing apps to Google Play.
• Strong knowledge of version control (Git), unit/UI testing (Espresso), and CI/CD tools (CircleCI).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating them into mobile apps.
• Passion for modern Android development, including coroutines and Jetpack Compose.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months (View for Extension)
• Day Rate: Up to £440 per day (Inside IR35)
