Site Administrator - Data Centre
Location: Drogheda | Full-time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity to join a growing contractor working on a major Data Centre project in Drogheda.

We're looking for a Site Administrator to help keep everything running smoothly on-site. You'll be a key part of the team, making sure the admin side of the project is well organised and on track.

What you'll be doing:

  • Processing invoices and purchase orders

  • Managing project paperwork and compliance documents

  • Booking meetings and keeping records up to date

  • Handling data entry

  • Keeping track of staff and vehicle records

  • Ordering supplies and coordinating with subcontractors

  • Making sure health and safety documents are current

What we're looking for:

  • Previous admin experience (construction experience is a bonus, not essential)

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Confident working both independently and with a team

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Someone reliable, proactive and detail-oriented
