Our London based Public Sector client have an upcoming requirement for a Head of Engineering to join on a permanent basis.
Key experience required from the Head of Engineering:
- Started career as a Software Engineer and worked way up to Head of/Director level
- Extesive leadership in software development, engineering, ideally within a SaaS or web-based application environment
- Built and managed 20+ sized development teams (ideally a blend of both office works and remote teams)
- Online & SaaS service development and delivery
- Full life cycle ownership
- End customer product development ownership
- Worked with microservices architecture
- Test automation experience
- Familiar with agile and lean development methodologies
