Financial Controller - Global Social Impact Consultancy - £500-550 p/d Outside IR35) | 6-month - London (hybrid)

Financial Controller now required to join a leading global social impact consultancy to support strategic M&A integration and be able to support subsidiaries in Europe with their finance operations. This is a contract role for a commercially aware professional who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

The Financial Controller will play a key role in driving change across the finance function, working on M&A integration and transformation projects that span multiple business areas. Reporting directly to the Global Finance Director, you'll be instrumental in aligning financial controls, compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support financial controls and compliance
• Oversee integration of finance processes following recent structural changes
• Work cross-functionally to streamline systems, reporting, and workflows
• Bring clarity and structure to an evolving finance landscape
• Provide both strategic input and operational support to senior finance stakeholders

About You:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with strong core accounting knowledge
• An understanding of post-acquisition integration and international finance transformation
• Able to operate effectively in ambiguous, non-process-driven environments
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves
• Experience with SAP (Business ByDesign) is helpful but not essential
