Senior Business Change Manager
Are you an experienced Business Change Manager/Lead? If so I have an exciting opportunity for you.
The role is a 12-month FTC with a salary of up to £60K. This will be a hybrid role with 2x days a week based out of either their London, Cardiff or Glasgow office.
The key responsibility for the role will be the successful change and engagement of the organisations Windows 11 Deployment to the business from Windows 10. You will be working closely with Programme Leadership, agile delivery teams and partners. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive plan for deploying Windows 11 laptops across the organisation, ensuring adoption and alignment with business objectives.
Required experience
- Ability to plan and execute all elements of business change in a digitally enabled programme. You have experience applying all activities within change and can pragmatically apply the right approaches. (Lead)
- Proven experience of leading and delivering Windows 11 roll out/upgrade
- Experience working within a programme team, with sufficient experience and understanding of Agile to know how to adjust the change approach in line with the iterative approach.
- Hands on experience of delivering all the relevant change activities, and content but also able to self-manage and navigate ambiguity.
