About the Role:

Overview:
Responsible for managing on-premises service budgeting, site procurement, infrastructure asset tracking, and supporting operational excellence across data centers. This role ensures risk management, compliance, and documentation readiness while leading infrastructure projects and preventive maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial budgeting and procurement for on-premises hosted services.

• Implement risk management strategies and site-specific standard operating procedures.

• Maintain accurate asset life cycle reports for data center and related infrastructure.

• Ensure audit-ready documentation, supporting capacity planning (eg, power/floor space forecasts).

• Serve as the site-level authority for change management approvals.

• Support incident/problem management and hardware RMA tasks with the CTO team.

• Manage infrastructure/network projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

• Track and validate completion of all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks and resolve reported faults.

• Assist in monthly reporting on key metrics like power usage, PUE, and capacity.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in infrastructure operations, preferably in financial services or banking.

• Strong understanding of compliance standards (PCI-DSS, CIS, NIST).

• Real Time incident and fault management in high-availability environments.

• Effective third-party vendor management and SLA enforcement.

• Financial and budget management expertise.

• Mandatory: Desktop Support experience.
