We're seeking a confident, organised, and enthusiastic Trainee Receptionist/Office Junior to be the welcoming face of our London office and provide essential support across teams.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming visitors to our London office with professionalism and warmth

  • Answering and directing incoming calls

  • Managing bookings for meetings and greeting guests

  • Supporting office and building facilities, including permits and access for contractors

  • Receiving deliveries and handling outgoing post

  • Assisting the marketing, procurement, facilities, and accounts teams with day-to-day admin

  • Playing a key part in keeping the office running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • Super organised and detail-oriented

  • Friendly, professional, and customer-facing

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive

  • Comfortable working independently and in a team

  • Able to prioritise a changing task list

  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel

  • Previous admin or reception experience is a plus

  • Willing to handle light manual tasks (eg, lifting small packages)

Location & Work Environment
This is a fully office-based role in Canary Wharf, London. You'll work alongside experienced professionals in a high-performing, collaborative setting.
