Defect Manager - Agile, Finance

Xpertise are urgently looking for a Defect Manager for an ASAP start.

Candidates must have:

• Proven experience in defect management within a financial services environment.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex systems and integrations.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools (eg, JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
