An exciting opportunity awaits as we seek to onboard a team of resources to support the NHS 24 during the cutover period. The role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within NHS 24 locations across Scotland. The role requires flexibility and commitment to a rotating shift schedule that operates 24/7, offering an opportunity to work in a high-pressure environment where your skills will be invaluable.

• Provide L1 support and act as the initial triage team for call centres.
• Understand and manage Pega CRM workflows and AWS related processes.
• Differentiate between login/access and application-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with Back End technical teams for escalations when necessary.
• Offer support to call centre employees and GPs, dealing with immediate issues as they arise.
• Act as the first point of contact, demonstrating strong communication and triage skills.

Training will be provided, including a three-day workshop in Glasgow and shadowing live scenarios.
