We are currently looking for a Data Domain Lead that can ensure an effective management and governance of core data assets within a specific domain (eg, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand, R&D). This role connects strategy, operations, and governance to unlock data value in alignment with analytics product development priorities. It focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making while maintaining compliance, quality, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of data solutions within the assigned domain.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with global data governance and security standards.
  • Oversee data integration and ETL processes, ensuring efficient and reliable data pipelines.
  • Promote best practices in data engineering, including DevOps principles such as CI/CD, unit testing, and cost optimization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in data modelling, particularly within Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Support the development and enforcement of data governance frameworks and policies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data engineers and analysts.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong expertise in data integration, data engineering, and data management best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or other data-centric programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with big data technologies and modern ETL tools.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, compliance standards, and security protocols in global environments.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • Experience with data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Location: Hybrid (1 week per month travelling within EU)
  • Duration: 6months +
  • Workload: Full time
