Technical Presales Manager (40-60%) vacancy for a Zurich-based telecom company

Your tasks:

• Ensure seamless network connectivity and integration of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems (Air Conditioning, UPS, Fire & Intrusion Alarms, DC systems) into existing infrastructure
• Act as an interface between Site Engineering, IT, and Network departments
• Manage and document IP addresses and their allocations
• Optimize monitoring solutions, dashboards, KPI reporting, and database structures
• Contribute to technical presales by aligning integration plans with system capabilities and customer needs

Your experience/knowledge:

• Several years of experience in IT and telecommunications environments
• Proven knowledge of infrastructure integration and network architecture
• Familiarity with SNMP and monitoring tools such as DataMiner (Skyline), Cramer, Nagios, Netcool, Stablenet
• Ability to work independently with strong initiative
• Solid understanding of system interfaces and network documentation
• Language skills: English - fluent; German - advantageous
