Senior Consultant - NHS - Mental Health
SR2 are recruiting an associate to join a leading healthcare consultancy and an in-flight programme of work in the mental health improvement space.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery work to identify root causes of A&E delays
• Analyse patient pathways, flow, and operational data
• Engage clinical and operational stakeholders
• Develop and deliver clear improvement plans
• Track and report on impact of interventions

• 2-8 years healthcare/NHS consulting experience
• Operational improvement or transformation programme delivery
• Mental health experience (desirable)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team structure
