Oracle Fusion Trainer - Supply Chain Management (SCM Experience) Contract Opportunity

Robert Half is supporting a global consulting firm in appointing an Oracle Fusion Trainer to join as an associate on a high-impact engagement. This is a hands-on training delivery role ideal for someone with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and a working knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

Contract Assignment Details:

• Location: City of London (Hybrid - some onsite expected in the City)
• Start Date: ASAP w/c Monday 6 July
• Contract Length: 3 months
• Rate: £400-450 p/day (Outside IR35)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions across Oracle Fusion modules, with a focus on SCM
• Work with business users, super users, and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the platform
• Adapt training style to suit in-person and virtual delivery formats
• Support learning needs assessments and feedback loops to continuously improve materials

Background:

• Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Trainer - ideally across Procurement, Inventory, or wider SCM modules
• Hands-on use of Oracle Fusion Cloud in recent roles (training or project-based)
• Confident communicator with the ability to train both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in change/transformation projects preferred
