Contract Job Opportunity - Full Stack Developer (Java, ExtJS, React, Oracle SQL)
Location: Glasgow (5 days onsite required)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £450 per day (Inside IR35)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer for a contract position based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will work on a mix of Legacy and modern application components, contributing to both the maintenance of existing systems and the development of newer solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java.

• Enhance and support Legacy UI components using ExtJS.

• Build and modernize Front End interfaces with React.

• Perform complex data queries and optimizations using Oracle SQL.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven commercial experience in Java development.

• Strong hands-on expertise with ExtJS, particularly in supporting older UIs.

• Proficiency in React for developing modern, responsive user interfaces.

• Solid understanding and experience working with Oracle SQL.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
