Role Overview
Join a key business transformation team driving the deployment of standardized business processes and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions across multiple regions. You will lead the transition to future-state processes, ensuring alignment with global digital transformation goals, and support local business units in adopting scalable, simplified, and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and adoption of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions focusing on process standardization, simplification, and scalability.

• Drive business process transformation initiatives, facilitating workshops and managing change across diverse cultural and functional teams.

• Collaborate closely with Global Business Process Owners and local stakeholders to identify gaps, raise enhancement requests, and align on priorities.

• Ensure data readiness and coordinate with data leads to support migration activities and maintain data quality.

• Oversee Fit-to-Template workshops, testing scope, and validation of processes before rollout.

• Support training initiatives by preparing localized materials and coaching key users for smooth adoption.

• Manage cutover strategy and execution, coordinating across technical and business teams to ensure a seamless transition.

• Foster the development and engagement of local Business Process Owner networks to sustain process ownership and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation and process optimization projects.

• Strong expertise in SAP ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.

• Solid background in project management with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with business domains such as Order Management, Pricing, Customer Service, or Software Business models.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills across multicultural environments.

• Fluent English proficiency.

• Agile mindset with a focus on simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement.

• Willingness to travel across Europe.

Preferred

• Experience working in Matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.

• Background in change management and coaching teams through digital transformations.

• Previous involvement in multinational or large enterprise environments.
