Regional Business Process Owner (SAP)
Role Overview
Join a key business transformation team driving the deployment of standardized business processes and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions across multiple regions. You will lead the transition to future-state processes, ensuring alignment with global digital transformation goals, and support local business units in adopting scalable, simplified, and efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Lead deployment and adoption of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions focusing on process standardization, simplification, and scalability.

Drive business process transformation initiatives, facilitating workshops and managing change across diverse cultural and functional teams.

Collaborate closely with Global Business Process Owners and local stakeholders to identify gaps, raise enhancement requests, and align on priorities.

Ensure data readiness and coordinate with data leads to support migration activities and maintain data quality.

Oversee Fit-to-Template workshops, testing scope, and validation of processes before rollout.
-
Support training initiatives by preparing localized materials and coaching key users for smooth adoption.
-
Manage cutover strategy and execution, coordinating across technical and business teams to ensure a seamless transition.
-
Foster the development and engagement of local Business Process Owner networks to sustain process ownership and continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills
-
Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation and process optimization projects.

Strong expertise in SAP ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.

Solid background in project management with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and stakeholders.

Familiarity with business domains such as Order Management, Pricing, Customer Service, or Software Business models.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills across multicultural environments.
-
Fluent English proficiency.

Agile mindset with a focus on simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
Preferred

Experience working in Matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.

Background in change management and coaching teams through digital transformations.

Previous involvement in multinational or large enterprise environments.
