We're hiring a Strategic Business Partner - ICT/ICT Business Partner to act as the key link between our ICT function and executive stakeholders across two police forces. This is a strategic leadership role focused on aligning ICT services with operational priorities, driving innovation, and leading service improvements at scale.

It's ideal for someone with strong ICT service delivery experience, stakeholder engagement at Director or C-suite level, and a passion for using technology to enable public service transformation. Knowledge of ITIL and ISO frameworks is essential.

There is remote work available, but travel to sites around the Hampshire/Oxfordshire and Berkshire so a full drivers license required.
