Service Designer

Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Service Designer to work with a key client based in Telford

*Please note this position will require 2 days onsite weekly and candidates must work via an Umbrella Company*

Job description:
Helping shaping delivery for the team, working closely with UX & Build teams, improving the teams ways of working and providing output to feed into the stakeholder updates/reports.

. Creating alignment for each life event on the aim, impact, and measurement approach
. Developing an 'as-is' view of existing programmes across the business.
. Creating a clear design approach for each journey based upon business prioritisation and architectural maturity.
. Map out existing and 'to-be' processes and approaches for the prioritised use cases, helping to determine and align on the build approach from POC onwards.
. Aide the development of joined-up journey creation considering regime level journeys (starting with Income Tax and Corporation Tax), channel strategy, drive to digital and upstream compliance programmes.
. Support the identification of and approach to any changes within the overall operating model.
