What you'll be doing:
Key Responsibilities

- Support the design and rollout of data quality management processes for master data domains
- Track and report performance across key data processes

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

- Run and monitor Data Quality Management (DQM) processes and KPIs
- Investigate data quality issues and lead on continuous improvement plans

- Support documentation of data standards, naming conventions and business rules
- Maintain compliance through tools like data dictionaries and internal MDM policies
- Enforce master data standards and processes
- Gather business requirements related to data tools and ensure smooth coordination across teams
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions as needed

What you'll bring to the table:

- Functional & Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience in a data-focused role
- Strong understanding of business processes and how data impacts multiple departments
- Excellent knowledge of data modelling, Python, and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake

Personal Attributes
- Comfortable working in cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Strong communicator in both Spanish and English
- Analytical thinker with a solution-focused mindset
- High level of discipline and attention to detail
- Assertive, persistent and naturally driven by results
- Strong IT affinity and eagerness to learn

If you're based in Barcelona or Madrid (or anywhere in Spain and open to occasional travel) and want to join a team where data actually matters - let's talk.
