Workday Specialist - Technical Transformation Programme Support
Location: London (1 day per week on-site)
Contract: Outside IR35 | 4 months (initial)
Day Rate: £500 - £600 Per Day
A leading UK Tech business is undergoing a major transformation programme to enhance customer experience and operational performance. As part of this initiative, we're looking for an experienced Workday Contractor to support delivery across several key areas - particularly integrations, talent and performance management, and Peakon.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven programme within a well-established and progressive organisation.
Key Focus Areas (must have strong experience in at least one):1. Workday Integrations
Hands-on experience with APIs, RaaS, and flat file integrations via SFTP
Proven ability to deliver end-to-end integration solutions in complex environments
2. Job Architecture & Performance Management
Experience re-architecting Job Architecture within Workday (preferably with a view to unlocking Skills Cloud)
Solid understanding of performance cycles and how to support mid-year and full-year reviews
3. Peakon
Knowledge of Peakon is a strong plus
Alternatively, experience supporting Workday Benefits and Payroll
Essential Requirements:
4+ years of Workday experience
Experience working across multiple concurrent projects
Comfortable working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Mandatory module experience:
Core HCM (required for all contractors)
Additional expertise (can be across the wider contractor team):
Integrations, Talent & Performance, Performance Management, Job Architecture, Peakon, Absence, Reporting, Benefits, Payroll

Self-sufficient and able to hit the ground running
A strong communicator with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels
Comfortable working at pace within a collaborative and purpose-driven environment
