Ideal profile:

• You have more than seven years of experience as a software engineer and are proficient in technologies such as Angular, Java/Microprofile, ideally with Quarkus or Spring Boot. Hibernate/JPA, SQL, REST, SOAP, messaging, Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift, and GitLab pipelines are familiar to you; they're part of your everyday life.
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a senior architect - and deliver not just code, but real architectural visions.
• You live agile software development - with Angular and Java you feel at home in every sprint phase.
• You think solution-oriented, take responsibility and impress with your conceptual and analytical strengths.
• Ideally, you already have leadership and methodological know-how - or you want to develop in this direction.

We're looking for two experienced tech leaders who are ready to take on responsibility, lead teams, and drive digital innovation - with vision, passion, and a clear focus on quality.

You will assume responsibility for one of our key projects. You'll actively contribute your excellent French skills, actively utilize your strong French skills in day-to-day project work, help shape the architecture of a future-oriented web solution, and assume technical leadership of a development team, which you'll motivate and develop with your high quality standards.

German TECH LEAD you will design modern web applications and significantly drive the digitalization of our solutions in the region. You will lead a team of developers and assume responsibility for key projects with real impact. In both roles, you'll be part of an interdisciplinary, agile team that embraces the entire development process-from the initial idea to design and programming, all the way to a successful go-live. We rely on your vision, energy, and flair for clean architecture.
