You will work closely with the design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure efficient and effective utilization of BIM technologies and methodologies.

Your role will involve:

• Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage and maintain BIM models, this includes model creation, modification, clash detection, and resolution.
• Assist in the implementation and integration of BIM tools and technologies.
• Conduct clash detection analysis and coordination reviews using BIM software.
• Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to optimise project coordination.
• Provide training and technical support to project teams on BIM tools and processes.

What we are looking for:

• Third Level Qualification in BIM/Engineering/Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar BIM role.
