Project: Cisco Call Manager Implementation Support
Contract: 6 months
Working Pattern: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Primarily On-Site
Rate: Negotiable
Role Overview:
As a key member of the networks team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Cisco Call Manager project and assisting with business-as-usual (BAU) requirements, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with a skilled team of engineers to implement Cisco Call Manager solutions.
- Provide support for Cisco Unity Connect and help configure Cisco VOIP phones.
- Assist in the administration of the Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and ensure seamless communication.
- Engage with staff to explain the use of phones and provide necessary training.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in administering Cisco Call Manager (CUCM).
- Proficiency in Cisco Unity Connect (CUC).
- Hands-on experience with configuring and deploying Cisco VOIP phones.
- A basic understanding of Cisco LAN switch configurations (desirable)
- CCNA certification (desirable)
- CCNP certification (desirable)
