SAP HCM Consultant - Payroll Integration (German Payroll/S/4HANA)

Contract: 9 months initial (extensions likely)

We are urgently seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join an integration project as part of a large-scale S/4HANA transformation programme.

You will work closely with the HR integration team, focusing on the migration of German payroll results from ECC to S/4, as well as configuring key SAP HCM modules and ensuring seamless integration with partner systems.

• Migrate German Payroll Results from ECC to S/4HANA

• Configure SAP HCM modules in S/4: OM, PA, PY (for integration and financial posting)

• Analyse and troubleshoot integrations (partner systems, IDoc communications, filters)

• Maintain test data for DEV and QA systems

• Perform mass data uploads via LSMW or similar tools

• Strong experience in SAP HCM configuration

• In-depth understanding of German Payroll processes

• Familiarity with S/4HANA integration

• Proficiency in IDoc monitoring, troubleshooting, and filters

• Experience in data migration and test data management

• Ability to manage integration points with third-party systems

• German language skills (preferred but not essential)
