SAP HCM Consultant - Payroll Integration (German Payroll/S/4HANA)
Location: Flexible EU-based (German Speaking Advantage)
Start: ASAP
Contract: 9 months initial (extensions likely)
We are urgently seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join an integration project as part of a large-scale S/4HANA transformation programme.
You will work closely with the HR integration team, focusing on the migration of German payroll results from ECC to S/4, as well as configuring key SAP HCM modules and ensuring seamless integration with partner systems.
Key Responsibilities:Migrate German Payroll Results from ECC to S/4HANA
Configure SAP HCM modules in S/4: OM, PA, PY (for integration and financial posting)
Analyse and troubleshoot integrations (partner systems, IDoc communications, filters)
Maintain test data for DEV and QA systems
Perform mass data uploads via LSMW or similar tools
Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience in SAP HCM configuration
In-depth understanding of German Payroll processes
Familiarity with S/4HANA integration
Proficiency in IDoc monitoring, troubleshooting, and filters
Experience in data migration and test data management
Ability to manage integration points with third-party systems
Nice to Have:
German language skills (preferred but not essential)
