Company Introduction:

We have an exciting opportunity available with a leading organisation in the technology and cybersecurity space. They are currently seeking a skilled PAM Test Analyst to support ongoing initiatives within identity and access management systems.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

• You will be responsible for the end-to-end testing of Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems and tools, ensuring robust security and compliance across the platform.
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for PAM/IAM systems.
• Perform API and functional testing using standard industry tools.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and product teams to resolve issues and ensure quality deliverables.
• Track and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvement for QA practices within PAM environments.
• Support the continuous integration and secure deployment of PAM solutions.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience in software testing, preferably within PAM or IAM environments.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea (Thycotic), or Microsoft PAM.
• Solid understanding of IAM principles, privileged account security, and least privilege access.
• Proficiency in API testing tools (eg Postman, SoapUI) and test management platforms like JIRA.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
• Exposure to cloud security testing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CISSP, CISM, or CyberArk Defender.
