Job Title: ERP Business Analyst - JD Edwards
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Leicestershire, 2 days remote)

ERP Business Analyst Responsibilities

• Lead the full life cycle of JDE application projects - from gathering business requirements to delivering solutions.

• Configure one or more JD Edwards modules to an expert standard.

• Collaborate with teams across finance, IT and operations to enhance system performance and user experience.

• Create detailed functional specifications and drive rigorous testing (SIT & UAT).

• Deliver user training and empower teams to use JDE tools confidently.

• Contribute to continuous improvement through system housekeeping and knowledge sharing.

• Ensure high-quality delivery of projects on time and within scope.

ERP Business Analyst Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of at least one JD Edwards (JDE) module.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all business levels.

• Exceptional data accuracy and attention to detail.

• Comfortable managing varied workloads with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.

• Able to document and follow up on project meetings using risk and action logs.

• Experience in EDI, JDE interoperability, or modified JDE environments is a plus.

• Understanding of waterfall and agile project methodologies desirable.

• Familiarity with tools like BI Publisher or Transform is advantageous.
