Job Title: IT Programme Manager (Permanent)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Programme Manager to lead and deliver complex IT programmes across our organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the programme life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programmes, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met

• Manage cross-functional project teams and third-party vendors

• Identify and mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement

• Report programme progress to senior stakeholders and governance boards

• Ensure alignment with IT strategy and business objectives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT programme management across large-scale, complex environments

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in programme management methodologies (eg MSP, PRINCE2, Agile)

• Experience managing budgets and resource planning

• Relevant certifications (eg PMP, MSP, AgilePM) preferred
