The Primary Key Responsibilities are:

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the technology sector, focusing on permanent recruitment solutions in application development, data analytics, infrastructure, Data, AI, and Engineering.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and strategic engagement.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the tech vertical.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, skills demand, and competitive insights in the tech talent landscape.
• Collaborate with specialist tech recruitment consultants to ensure successful delivery of client hiring needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations tailored to technical hiring challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.

The Primary Skills and Experience are:

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the technology recruitment industry market presence in the UK & EU recruitment sectors
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing solutions and talent acquisition trends across application development, data analytics, infrastructure, Data, AI, and Engineering.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a record of accomplishment of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
