Job Description:

Candidate with good knowledge of Service Cloud (Right Now)
Should Lead the architectural design and blueprinting of Oracle B2C Service Cloud solutions, aligning with client business objectives, best practices, and future scalability.
Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs for Oracle B2C Service
Solid understanding of Oracle B2C Service Cloud data model and architecture.
Should have knowledge of Connect Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) - RightNow Integration Cloud Service (ICS)/Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Proficiency in integrating Oracle B2C Service Cloud with external systems using Connect Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
Should have led at least one big digital transformation project
Good Client Management and Vendor Management skills
Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and analysis within the platform.
