UKG Pro Technical Analyst - 6 months - Inside IR35 - Remote

A leading UK retailer is seeking an experienced UKG Pro Technical Analyst for an initial 6-month contract to support a business-critical Payroll and Workforce Management (WFM) transformation. This is a remote role, offering the opportunity to work with a highly collaborative People & Culture and IT team to deliver impactful technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the SME for UKG Pro and WFM systems, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Develop a strong understanding of the existing systems/application landscape to inform future solution design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope requirements and support the creation of detailed business cases for payroll and P&C system improvements.
• Evaluate technical and functional designs, ensuring they meet business needs and are transitioned effectively into BAU support.
• Provide hands-on support in prototyping, testing, and implementation of solutions.

What you will Ideally Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro, with a focus on gathering requirements, design, testing, and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of the following UKG Pro modules: Advanced Scheduling (Forecasting & Auto-scheduling), Basic Scheduling (used in Islip only), Timekeeping, Attendance, Attestation, Absence, Analytics, Data Hub

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Daily Rate: Up to £400 Per Day (Inside IR35)
• Location: Remote
