Role Title: ITOM Architect
Location: Porton Down, Hybrid, 90% home
Duration: 30/09/2025
Pay Rate: £644 GBP/day inside IR35
Must hold an active SC Clearance.
Role Description:
ITOM Architect-Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and/orServiceNow ITAM.
A strong understanding of the CMDB and applicable governance. Be able to lead workshops, run ITOM Discovery (product), and analyze/adjust results for a robust implementation delivering a healthy CMDB.
Must have a Mainline certification in ITOM/ITAM.
